Neil qualified in a central London firm and spent several years in a boutique high street firm before joining a medium sized, full-service firm. His background has equipped him with the experience and knowledge useful to a large mixture of clientele.
Neil specialises in all facets of residential property work and has acted for clients from a variety of backgrounds. From first time buyers to experienced investors, Neil prides himself on consistent communication with all his clients to facilitate smooth transactions.
Neil has experience in a range of residential property matters including high end sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, lease variations, licences for alterations, and assignments.
He has also acted for a variety of regulated and non-regulated lenders, as well as on transactions involving the Government’s Help to Buy scheme.
As well as providing a high level of service for his clients, Neil also prides himself upon the relationships he has maintained with 3rd party referrers such as Independent Financial Advisors, Mortgage Brokers, Accountants and Estate Agents who all appreciate his responsiveness and personable manner.
Outside the office Neil maintains close ties with his local community and is a Trustee of a Jewish Primary School. In his spare time Neil enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, as well as being partial to a decent film accompanied by a single malt whisky.
