Residential Property Transactions fee estimate

At Tibber Marks, we seek to provide our clients with a bespoke, personal and modern service. At the outset of each transaction, the client will be given a tailored fixed fee quote so that they have peace of mind and certainty when purchasing their property.

There are many variables in respect of residential property transactions, however we are able to provide some guidance on the costs you could expect to incur, by way of range. The more complexities there are in a particular transaction (for example a contract race, lease extension, short timeframe, dealing with notices of assignment for example) will impact the exact fixed fee we will charge and this is why we think it is important to personalise each fee quote, providing our clients with confidence and certainty.

In addition to our legal fees, each transaction will also involve the payment of disbursements and taxes. (Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as Land Registry Fees). We handle the payment of these fees on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.
